Burst & Frozen Pipe Repair
Old galvanized runs and unheated additions are where we see the most trouble on a hard cold snap. We shut it down, thaw it, and repair it same day.
From a galvanized supply line failing in a century home off Main Street to a builder-grade fixture in a newer infill build, we do the job right the first time, quote the price before we start, and back it with a real workmanship guarantee. 24/7 emergency service too, when that's what you need.
Beeton is a small town, and when an old galvanized line under a Main Street home finally gives out on a weeknight, there usually isn't a second plumber to call. We answer the phone whenever it rings.
Quick check
Tap what you're seeing. We'll tell you what it usually means and the one thing to do right now, before we get there.
Right now Shut off your main water valve to stop the flow, then open a low tap to drain the pressure.
We track down the source and repair it properly the same day. A lot of the older homes off Main Street have had patch repairs over the years, so we make sure we're fixing the actual cause, not just the visible drip.
Right now On an electric tank, check the breaker; on gas, check the pilot. If nothing changes, leave it and call.
Tanks in Beeton's newer infill homes are often builder-grade and can slip earlier than expected. We'll tell you honestly whether a repair holds or a replacement is the smarter move.
Right now Stop running water into it and skip the store-bought drain chemicals, they can burn whoever opens the pipe next.
Century homes near the centre of town often run on original clay or cast iron drains, and buildup inside those lines is usually the real reason a drain keeps backing up. We clear it and run a camera to show you what's actually there.
Right now Turn the shut-off valve at the base of the toilet clockwise to stop the water.
Most of the time it's the fill valve, flapper or a partial blockage. We repair it, or swap the toilet if that's the smarter call, and tell you the price first.
Right now If it's actively flooding, keep clear of any powered outlets down there and call.
Older basements in town were rarely finished with a modern drainage plan, so a hard spring melt can catch a marginal sump pump off guard. We service or replace the pump before the next one lands.
Right now Tell us what you're seeing or hearing and we'll talk it through.
From a dripping tap in a century home to a full commercial job, we quote the price before we start and stand behind the work. Give us a call and we'll point you the right way.

03 · Homes & Business
Most of our Beeton calls are homes: a galvanized line finally failing in a century house near Main Street, a builder-grade water heater in a newer infill build giving out early, a sump pump that can't keep pace with the spring melt. We work houses and rural properties all through this part of New Tecumseth, from a quick fixture repair to a full pipe replacement, and the price is confirmed before we touch anything.
We also work the small shops and offices around Beeton's Main Street for owners who need the job done without shutting the door on customers. Fixture replacements, drain and water heater work, scheduled around opening hours or done after close. Same standard as a house call: we quote the price first and stand behind the work.

04 · Field Notes
Beeton punches above its size in local history, and its housing stock carries a lot of that history in the walls.
Beeton built its early reputation on a large 19th-century apiary industry, and a good number of the homes closest to Main Street date from that same era. Many still carry original galvanized supply lines and clay or cast iron drains, and both wear thin from the inside over the decades, showing up as weak pressure, a knocking pipe, or a drain that clogs more than a house that size should.
Beeton became part of New Tecumseth in 1991, alongside Alliston and Tottenham, and while Alliston grew fastest of the three, Beeton has filled in steadily with infill housing and small new pockets of development around its older core. Those newer builds run PEX and PVC, which handles the freeze-thaw cycle far better than the older materials in town.
Beeton Creek runs right through town on its way toward the mill pond in neighbouring Tottenham, and the older basements closest to it were rarely built with a modern drainage plan in mind. A hard spring melt or a heavy summer storm can push more water against those foundations than a marginal sump pump is ready for.
Outside the settled part of town, the surrounding farmland is well and septic country, and while we leave the well and the septic bed to specialists, the pressure tank, softener and fixtures on the house side of that system are ours to service. We come through Beeton regularly on our way between Tottenham and Alliston, so a call out here is rarely a special trip for us, day or night.
